Braden Hamilton

Braden Hamilton is Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in London.

Braden has over 10 years of experience across a range of deals, focusing on financial due diligence and advising both private equity and corporate clients. Braden’s broad experience includes working on large cross-border transactions; supporting owner-managed businesses through a sales process; and minority investments for private and venture capital.

Prior to joining Kroll, Braden was part of the Strategy and Transactions practice at EY where he worked closely with corporate clients in the consumer products sector, focusing on exit readiness and sell-side engagements.

He has worked in diverse sectors including retail, leisure and hospitality, technology and manufacturing.

Braden is a member of the Chartered Accounts Institute of Australia and New Zealand, having completed his professional qualifications in 2015.
