Edwina has experience in multiple domains including private equity, energy, power & products, healthcare, hospitality, gaming & leisure, retail & consumer products, telecom, media & technology, transport & logistics and real estate.
In her current role at Kroll, Edwina is dedicated to enhancing the firm's valuation services for both contentious and non-contentious matters, particularly within the Greater China region. Her experience in high-stakes valuation projects and her exceptional network in the area make her a valuable addition to the team.
She has completed and signed numerous expert reports, provided evidence in various courts and tribunals on a variety of matters and has provided litigation support services in the areas of financial and business valuations and loss of profit claims to the Hong Kong Government, solicitors, listed companies and individual minority shareholders.
She is a CPA, CA with the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada, a certified member of the Chartered Business Valuators Institute and a member of the American Society of Appraisers.
Edwina is currently an executive board member of the International Institute of Business Valuers (iiBV) focused on elevating education to the valuation professional globally and a member of the Business Valuation Board of the International Valuations Standards Council (IVSC) focused on establishing and promoting global valuation standards to serve the public interest.
