Nawfal leverages over 10 years of experience in construction claims and dispute resolution in assisting owners, contractors, suppliers and legal counsels with their most complex claims and disputes related to delays, quantum and loss of productivity on an extensive array of construction projects.
Nawfal’s experience across diverse sectors includes roads, pipelines, canals, bridges, airports, nuclear, wind, hydroelectric power plants, oil refineries, as well as commercial and residential high-rise buildings, hospitals, tunnels, metro infrastructure and municipal infrastructure projects ranging from $1 million to $5 billion. These projects have been located across various regions, including Canada, the U.S., Central America, Latin America and North Africa. Nawfal’s expert services have been proficiently offered in three languages: English, French and Spanish.
Prior to joining Kroll, Nawfal gained valuable experience at several well-established global consulting firms, where he provided construction claims and dispute resolution services. Additionally, Nawfal worked as a field engineer on municipal infrastructure projects, which allowed him to acquire practical, hands-on experience in construction site management.
Nawfal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil engineering from Polytechnique Montreal and a Post Graduate Diploma in business administration from HEC Montreal. Nawfal is a licensed Professional Engineer in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec in Canada.
