Richard Li

Richard Li is a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in London, and has 15 years of finance experience. He has advised both private equity and strategic clients across all aspects of the M&A lifecycle in the UK and globally.

Richard has supported client across all sectors with more focus on the consumer market. His experience extends across all aspects of the deal lifecycle from deal origination, vendor assistance and due diligence, buy-side due diligence and execution, post-deal control, performance improvement and exit readiness. 

Prior to joining Kroll, Richard was at KPMG in its Consumer Markets Transaction Advisory Services practice in London. His transaction advisory experience included restaurants, cinemas, retailers, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and manufacturing companies. Richard also advised technology, industrial and business services companies.

Richard is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Durham.
