Roberta project manages investment and refurbishment projects for our Client Assets. She oversees all the steps involved, from the design phases (including the process to obtain administrative permits) to execution of works and management or Tenant Construction Management.
She deals with project management in the Design – Construction and Testing phase, site monitoring and cost analysis activities, budget elaboration, works and engineering activities such as planning, technical-structural and fire prevention assessments.
She has worked as project manager within the specialized construction division at Kroll from 2019, coordinating activities in Italy and Europe, in the following areas:

Technical Due Diligence

Construction cost analysis (Hard Costs and Soft Costs - professional costs).

Project Monitoring (works from € 30 million to € 100 million) mainly intended for office, retail and residential use.
She has worked as coordinator of the executive and construction design, using the BIM system (architectural model validation, clash detection and computation with software related to the BIM process), responsible for the construction design to support construction sites activities and project managers.
Roberta holds a master’s degree in building engineering and architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and is a chartered engineer.
